At Meditools International, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return or replacement within 7  days of delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues immediately.

To initiate a return, contact us Email or Phone Number with your order details and a clear description or photo of the issue. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Once we verify the defect or damage, we will provide a replacement product or process a refund, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping charges for returned products will be covered by [state if customer or company pays].
